This class is designed for you to learn simple, effective techniques of meditation to calm and clear the mind, recharge yourself with fresh energy and to fill your heart from the fountain of inner spiritual experience. The focus of the beginning meditation technique is the breath. Learning to relax the body and calm the mind helps the breath to slow down so the practitioner can experience Inner Peace and all the qualities of your Highest Self.
Location: Addison, near Keller Springs and Dallas North Tollway.
