Christina began her training in Hawaii, and it continued in Nasik, India at Yoga Vidya Dham, a gurukul (school) under the tutelage of Swami Satyananda Saraswati. His lineage includes my teachers, Yogacharya Vishwas Mandlik, Dr. Jayant Sohoni and Dr. Ramesh Varkhede to name a few. I have continued my practice and I learn more every day. Yoga is truly an endless effort but the rewards are just as limitless.
