Horses are natural geniuses when it comes to identifying and sharing those pieces we keep to ourselves. Through this awareness, they help us reconnect with our heart and soul. Ultimately this reunion inspires healing and growth, an understanding of who we are, and how we will be able to integrate this knowledge in our lives.

Sara Willerson, LCSW  is a licensed clinical social worker practicing in the state of Texas. She completed an Equine Facilitated Psychotherapy / Equine Experiential learning Apprenticeship with The Epona Center (Linda Kohanov, Tao of Equus) in Tucson, Arizona in November 2003. She is also a member of NARHA/EFMHA and has completed all four levels of Healing Touch for Animals training.

Sara's professional experience has focused on working with adults and children through issues of trauma, grief and loss, and life transitions. Practicing from a holistic center of social work values and ethics, she incorporates basic energy connections between all animals and nature.
