You are bidding on two baking classes of your choice. You can bring a friend to one class, or attend two classes.
We offer classes about every two weeks. We cover baking sourdough breads, whole grain breads, bagels, rye breads, holiday breads, and even an afternoon tea class.
After the new year, we'll add a gluten-free bread class, a pasta from grain to the table class, and a "You can cook steak-house quality steaks at home" class.
All classes are hands-on, YOU will bake the breads, make the pasta, cook the steaks. After the class, you'll know you can do it, because you just did it!
In the years we've taught these classes to hundreds of students, ALL our students have made bread to be proud of - and you can too!
Whether you view bread making as a way to feed your family healthy food, an artistic expression or part of a spiritual journey, our classes will help you!
Special Instructions
Our classes are held in Sanger, Tx, We're just north of Denton, and within an hour of 90% of the D/FW Metroplex.
