Weekly classes are available in Yang, (Modified) Sun Style Tai Chi, Medical Qigong and our own Smiling Heart Qigong program for assisted living communities, each with a strong emphasis towards supporting health, conditioning and longevity.

Locations in Allen, Carrolton, Coppell, Dallas, Garland, Fridco and Plano.
