Experience a carefree stay in this well appointed house located within the town of quaint Black Mountain. Enjoy swing or rocking chairs on the front porch, or on back porch with large dining table which sits up in the trees! In the great room relax with the gas fireplace, just off the Master Suite.

Dine on back porch just off modern kitchen. The cozy living area is large enough for the entire group to enjoy at the same time, just adjacent to the kitchen with breakfast bar.

Especially popular is the separate downstairs den w/ kid's corner stocked with toys, books, and games for all ages. Here also find a card table, 2nd TV w/ DVD and video library. Ping Pong is just adjacent, completing the game area. Also in the den a futon sleeps overflow for 2. This area has 2 large windows looking out to the fenced, well landscaped back yard.

Upstairs find 2 comfortable bedrooms with a private bath. #1 Bedroom has Queen bed. #2 has 2 twin beds. Master Suite with queen bed on main floor has 2 separate vanity areas, and full bath.

Unique to this property is the quick walk (5 min.) to Lake Tomahawk where one can find a walking trail w/ great mountain views, a playground, state of the art public pool, fishing and tennis. Be sure to bring some bread for the geese and ducks!
Or, walk 10 minutes to downtown Black Mountain where the pace is slower, but it overflows with art and craft galleries, antiques, and nightlife. Visitors and natives attest that the mountain spirit is truly alive in this community.
