This waterfront villa on the upper level of The Net House offers a sun deck overlooking the harbor, full kitchen with dishwasher and ice machine, living area with TV and large sleep sofa, king bedroom, full bath with large whirpool tub/shower, washer/dry access, wireless internet access and phone. Two bedrooms - sleeps a miximum of 6 (including children.)
Linens and bath towels are provided as well as a starter set of paper towels, toilet tissue and detergent.
Amenities include: outdoor heated pool, poolhouse sauna and steam showers, bicycles, dockside seating area and fish cleaning station on Silver Lake and complimentary boat dockage with power hookups as available. Our innkeepers are happy to assist you with advance boat dockage arrangements and recommendations to enhance your Ocracoke vacation.
The winning bidder may choose two nights during the month of May* or October on a mutually agreeable date with the owner.
*Excluding Memorial Day, unless the winner chooses to rent two more nights.

Item may be picked up at Burlington Day School, 1615 Greenwood Terrace, Burlington, NC 48 hours following close of this item's bidding. Item may be shipped if requested at purchaser's expense.
Winning bidder must contact Burlington Day School via email or phone (336-228-0296) within 72 hours of item's close to review delivery options.
