Be the Apprentice Cheesemaker at Beecher's Handmade Cheese, Seattle's own artisan cheese producer located in Pike Place Market.  You and a friend will spend a day in the cheesemaking kitchen learning about and participating in the cheesemaking process from start to finish.  A sampling of cheeses and lunch will be provided during your visit.  In addition, each Apprentice Cheesemaker will receive one Beecher's branded sportswear item.  For two adults or one adult and one young adult (15 and older).
