It offers an experienced coaching staff for team levels 4-10, a personal training "Boot Camp" for women and private lessons. Birthday parties and open gym are available to anyone that loves to play in the gym. Gymnastics Factory provides a home school program called "Fit Wits" that offers both the mental and physical fitness necessary to have a strong body.
