Former Chicago White Sox Mark Buehrle started the opening game every season from 2002 to 2006 and again from 2008 until 2011. He also pitched a no-hitter against the Texas Rangers in 2007, surrendering just one walk to Chicago's Sammy Sosa. Two seasons later, Buehrle also pitched the 18th perfect game in baseball history
