My Private Chef is all you need for that romantic anniversary or birthday dinner for two this spring! 

Chef Christopher Tong will prepare dinner in your home that includes three courses with appetizers, entree and dessert. Choose one of thirteen gourmet specialties from a set menu. 

Previous menus have included: Sea Scallops Crudo with Cherry Tomato Salad and Lemon-Lime Cilantro Vinaigrette; Seared Alaskan Halibut served over Stir-Fry Vegetables, Basmati Rice and a Beurre Rouge, and dessert of Panna Cotta with Balsamic Strawberries.

Booking must be made a month in advance and major holidays are excluded. Beverage service is not included.
