Hands on cooking class for 4 people. Chef/Instructor Rose Johnson will have you chopping and stuffing and grilling and dicing your way to a scrumptious Mexican Dinner party in your own kitchen.

Package includes instruction, recipes, food and fun! The menu for the evening includes: Grilled Shrimp with Avocado Salad and Lime Vinaigrette, Corn Cakes with Black Beans and Chipotle crema, Poblano Peppers stuffed with Chorizo and Pepper Jack Cheese and Churros with Mexican Chocolate Sauce.
