Gabe McMackin, of Gramercy Tavern, formerly of Roberta’s in Brooklyn, corporate chef at Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia, veteran of Blue Hill at Stone Barns and the Mayflower in Washington, Connecticut, will cook a seasonal tasting menu for you and seven others in a location of your choice.
You and Gabe will pick a date and fill in the rest of the details. Will it be cocktails and canapes? Four courses or nine? Classic Italian or New American? Will it be a celebration of spring’s first harvest with asparagus, morels, and ramps, or will you wait for the mid-summer bounty of sungold tomatoes, sweet corn, and… ?
