Make your own California Merlot wine from verdant Knights Valley, famous for its prestigious Bordeaux style red grapes
Blau Vineyards will pick and deliver one half ton of famous Three Palms clone Merlot to your choice of custom crusher in the 2012 harvest. A half ton will make approximately 30 cases (12 bottles/case).
Blau Vineyard grapes have been in wines served at State Dinners at the White House to the French Head of State, Sarkozy and at the Emmy Awards.
Special Instructions
A half ton of Merlot grapes delivered to North Coast crusher within 20 miles of Blau vineyard. Winning bidder will be responsible for all costs associated with crushing, fermenting, bottling, and labeling of the wine. The vineyard will be available for advice on processing and can provide label design services at a separate charge.
