The purpose of Bacchus – The Minnesota Wine Society is to inform and guide members, so that they might better appreciate wine as a companion to fine foods and by itself.  The membership offers the following  benefits:

Bacchus Wines – The Bacchus wine program allows members to purchase up to 1 case of each wine offered.

Member Discounts – Haskell’s discount:  10% off wines, 15% off wines when purchasing 3 or more cases.  Discounts are excluded from the annual $.05 sale, fall sale, 20% sale and 15% sale. 

Other Tastings – The Bacchus Society offers tastings consisting of scotch, bourbon, armangac, port, beer and other liquor varieties throughout the year.   

Newsletter 

Dinners – Bacchus sponsors gourmet dinners ever year at the Twin Cities finest restaurants.

Wine tastings – Bacchus arranges frequent wine tastings with a minimum charge.  Special “Collector” tastings are arranged periodically to offer advanced study of special wines in a smaller more intimate setting.

Wine tours – Trips to wineries in California, New York and Europe for members only.

The membership also covers a spouse or significant other, living in the same household.
