The voucher must be redeemed for concert tickets at least 48 hours in advance of the concert the recipient wishes to attend.
There are no concerts during the summer and certificates not redeemed by the end of the 2011-2012 season cannot be carried over into the next season. Vouchers must be redeemed for a concert between September 1, 2011 and June 1, 2012.
