Dinner Party for 12! Grab a few friends and have a culinary experience you will never forget! Chef Fowler will use traditional cooking techniques, blending of flavors, and spices and prepare a dinner that will have your tastebuds exploding! Grab a glass of Jamaican Rum, Red Stripe Beer or a small glass of Rum Punch while mingling with your friends. Appetizers will be a traditional Beef Patty, Peppered Shrimp and Smoked Red Herring and a tomato salad in a special house made vinegar (spices in the vinegar are a secret!). Dinner will be Fried Fish, Jerk Chicken ( very hot!), Curry Goat and BBQ chicken (sweet and spicy!). The food will be accompanied by steam rice, rice and peas, garlic mash potatoes, grilled vegetables and roti. Last but not least, rum raisin ice cream (a Jamaican favorite) and Blue Mountain Coffee!
