An Asian cooking class to be held in your home for 4 individuals by a locally well know caterer. Menu includes 2 hors d'oeuvres (steamed chicken Siu Mai served with ginger-chili and sesame-soy sauces and Vietnamese Tea Roll served with dipping sauce), 3 Main Courses (Roast Salmon with Fragrant Sauce made from fish sauce, lime juice, chili, ground lemongrass, onion and kaffir lime leaf, garnished with scallion, Stir Fried Baby Bok Choy & Tofu with garlic and ginger, Pad Thai with Tofu & Egg) and Dessert (Chocolate Pots de Creme in Chocolate cups garnished with raspberries)
