This Deluxe Cat Wellness package, valued at $300.00, was donated by Grace Christian School Parent and Veterinarian, Dr. Jen Ratigan.  It includes a complete examination at the Animal Hospital of Waynesboro.  In addition, your cat will receive a Distemper (+/- Leukemia) vaccine, Rabies vaccine, fecal test, heartworm and flea control medication for 12 months, and a dental care kit.  The Animal Hospital of Waynesboro is located at 1009 West Main St., Waynesboro, VA.  The expiration date for this package is May 2013.
