Eileen Blake was a professional dancer and actress in Los Angeles, and choreographed for The Disney Channel and the Disney Home video "Mousercise." She has traveled the United States and Japan performing, choreographing and teaching dance. Eileen owned and operated Eileen Blake's Dance For Kids, a prominent dance studio in Los Angeles for over 15 years.

In 2000, Eileen returned to the Midwest and soon recognized a growing need for a high quality dance school, where kids could learn solid technique and have fun without the pressures and expense of external competition. She started the Eileen Blake Dance Studio in Minnetonka in 2002. The studio’s philosophy has benefited hundreds of kids, many of whom have gone on to high school dance teams, local theater productions, and ballet academies.
