The Anchor Fish and Chips in northeast Minneapolis uses locally sourced ingredients whenever possible, along with Wild Alaskan Cod and hand-cut chips (that's french fries to the uninitiated). The fish and chips are awesome, of course, but they also craft a yummy Helicopter Burger that continues to appear on City Pages 'Best of...' lists. They're open until the wee hours for take away, and they're a welcome stop on the way home from a night out carousing.
