Heart and soul are at the foundation of our yoga class offerings. And heat, too! Our studios are about exploring your possibilities. Om on the Range is open to everyone, regardless of flexibility, fitness or background. We are non-competitive and encourage you to find your balance through breath and awareness. From the center, strength, presence and connection grow. Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga, offered at both studios, is a powerful flow class that is full of fun & adventure. The Basics class is great for newcomers and those looking to explore the foundation of the practice. Classes vary in length: 60, 75, or 90 minutes. Bikram Yoga, offered at our Lakeview Studio only, consists of 26 hatha yoga poses designed to cleanse, heal and purify. Classes are 90 minutes. Once a week, we light the candles in the evening and practice this comprehensive sequence by candlelight.
