POW is a fun combative sports training center & mixed martial arts school. We are also the Official Krav Maga Training center for Chicago. POW has offered Chicago's active adult with a safe place to learn and train in the mixed martial arts and combat sports (boxing, kickboxing, muay thai, jiu jitsu, krav maga).
