A board certified Podiatrist will examine your feet and ankles, evaluate your biomechanics and foot structure, and make 1 pair of custom orthotics for your shoes.  Orthotics are used to treat a wide array of problems including tendonitis, heel pain, high arches, ankle instability, and arthritis.  They can also help with lower back pain.
