Description

A meal prepared in the winner's home for 2 - 4 people. The chef Tim Redmond will donate up to $100 towards the cost of the meal. Dinner menu discussion with the winner to decide on the menu.

 Appetizer:


Marinated Shrimp with Champagne Beurre Blanc - Shrimp marinated with champagne served with champagne butter sauce and herbs.


 Salad:


Toasted Goat Cheese salad - mixed green salad served with classic French vinaigrette dressing and slices of toasted goat cheese severed on croutons


 Main Course:


Beef Bourguignon - Classic French beef stew made with wine and served over wide noodles

Crepes Normandy - These are filled with Chicken cooked in a fragrant cream sauce made with apple cider and seasoned with thyme 


 Dessert:


Creme Brulee - Rich Vanilla custard with burnt sugar crust.
