Momma Donna began helping her Naples-born Nonna (grandma) and Sicily-born Nonno (grandpa) in the kitchen at a very young age, and over time has perfected the recipes currently used at Agliolio.

At Agliolio, we bring to your table the wisdom of generations of Italian ancestors, who for years have understood the health benefits of what is known today as the “Mediterranean diet.” We use only olive oil and fresh garlic in our kitchen— knowing their many health benefits, Momma wouldn’t have it any other way.
