Two squares per month, two devoted Seeing Eye supporters, and two puppies-in-training...this precise combination of talent and inspiration created one beautiful geometric quilt, pictured here, and yours for the winning bid!  The quilt was lovingly made by husband and wife Larken and Fredda Lake, one square each per month, and named in honor of the Seeing Eye puppies they raised, Keeper and Destiny.  Interesting, vibrant shapes abound in its intricate design of rectangles, circles, squares, diamonds, and more, often one shape inside another, in hues of brown, olive green, gold, vivid aqua blue, and pink.  The back is a printed white fabric, perfectly setting off the colorful front design.  The entire quilt is bordered in rich chocolate brown with a subtle gold flower detail. As charming as the quilt is to look at, it is also low maintenance to launder.  Just machine wash and toss in the dryer.    Machine pieced and quilted, it measures 66 x 90 inches. This beautiful, sentimental piece will surely bring warmth and joy to the lucky winner!
