Meet Journey, just over three pounds and cute as a button! This adorable little German shepherd pup was born about two weeks ago on April 12th at The Seeing Eye’s breeding center. His mom is Wishes, and his dad is Sakk – the proud parents of five boys and one girl! Journey’s eyes and ears are open now and like his litter mates, he’s just starting to go from crawling around to a wobbly walk. At this stage, his favorite pastimes include eating, sleeping and snuggling with Mom!

When Journey becomes 7 weeks of age, he will leave The Seeing Eye to be placed with a puppy raising family for just over a year.  While the family loves and raises him, and teaches him to be a good pup, The Seeing Eye will pay for his food and veterinary care.  Help us cover those costs by bidding to sponsor him.

As a sponsor, you will have the opportunity to meet Journey on the morning of Thursday, May 31st at The Seeing Eye’s main campus.  The package also includes a framed photo of you with Journey as a cuddly 7-week old pup and letters and photos of his progress as he grows towards returning to training on campus.
