Tour includes a visit to the zoo’s Animal Holding Complex. (This building is normally off-limits to the public.)

The Bergen County Zoological Park welcomes guests with disabilities who choose to bring their trained service animal on this special behind-the-scene tour. Due to safety concerns, however, there may be areas where service animals are not allowed. In these instances, the zoo will provide a safe area for the animal to be housed.
