Description

At The Seeing Eye, we know all the things dogs do are amazing.  But, did you ever think of avalanche rescue?  The Squaw Avalanche Rescue Dog program was established in the 1980s. The primary goal of the dog program is to be able to staff two dog teams on the Lower Mountain and one dog team on the upper mountain during storm cycles and times of high avalanche hazard. Avalanche rescue dogs are an invaluable and effective tool in the organized rescue efforts. At any moment of the day, these dogs may be responding via helicopter to a possible avalanche incident in and around the Tahoe area.  This white T-Shirt features several of the famous Squaw Mountain avalanche rescue dogs sitting on a chair lift. Size Large.
