More Information about Ice Hockey Camp:
Boys and Girls Youth Ice Hockey Camp provides a fun environment for players of all ages by concentrating on individual skill development and team play concepts. Each camper has more than 2.5 hours of instruction on the ice daily, combined with off-ice strength and coordination training, skill development, and field sports.
The morning on-ice session focuses on skating and the individual skills of puck handling, passing, and shooting. The afternoon on-ice session translates individual skills into team concepts in a team practice setting. The camp concludes with a scrimmage game on Friday afternoon.
Players are divided into two groups by age and ability, ensuring that each camper has the opportunity to reach his/her potential. Staffed by top local prep school, high school, and college coaches, we are confident that each camper will have a rewarding and enjoyable experience.
SPECIALIZED GOALKEEPING INSTRUCTION
Boys and Girls Hockey Camp also features specialized goalkeeping coaching in the morning skill session. Each goalie will have one-on-one work with the goalkeeping instructor, working specifically on skating, body position, rebound control, and stick skills. Please indicate if you are a goalie in the application.
