Are you and your family exhausted by your child's sleepless nights? Are you ready to make some changes so that your child can get the sleep he or she needs?  

Sleep Tight Consultants work with tired families to help them develop an age appropriate, gentle sleep plan that will improve your child's night and day sleep leading to a more well rested and happier child.  

The consultantion includes evaluation of your family's extensive history form, an in person consultation (usually lasting anywhere from 1 1/2 to 2 hours), and the development of a plan that you will be able to implement to make changes in your child's sleep.

Following the consultation, you will receive support from your consultant through 4 phone calls over the following 2 weeks as you implement your plan.
