The Second Grade’s one-of-a-kind Custom Rosary was created by SPBS Art Teacher, Mrs. Kourounis. Each student in the class has their name on the beads of the rosary.    The cross on the Second Grade Rosary is stunning. It is handmade of solid sterling silver and features beautiful inlaid dark blue opals at each corner, and sparkling crystals in the top. This unique one-of-a-kind cross was purchased in Jerusalem by our school principal, Mrs. Duffy, while on a pilgrimage through the Holy Land with Saint Paschal Baylon Church Pastor, Fr. Dave Heney. This special Rosary is a lasting, visible symbol of this wonderful “Sacramental Year” at SPBS. It is accompanied by a hand-made Custom Keepsake Box, which has several black and white pictures of each Second Grade student.
