Poise Studio offers an atmosphere which instills health, strength, stress and pain relief, balance and peace of mind for men and women in the Beaverton area. This ONE month pass is good towards any of our Yoga or Mat Pilate's classes on our main schedule (excludes Pilate's Reformer and any series workshops). We offer classesof all levels, from Intro to Mat Pilates and Yoga Basics to more advanced practices. At Poise Studio we have many experienced instructors, who teach a variety of practices to ensure the right pace and style for each individuals needs.
This gift certificate is good for a one month unlimited pass for Mat Pilates, Yoga, and Belly Dance.
