- There are no laundry facilities in the house, but there are several laundromats in Lincoln City.

Items will be available for pick-up at Village Home's Westside Campus as follows:
Monday, March 19: 5pm - 7pm
Tuesday, March 20 - Friday, March 23: 10am - 3pm
Shipping Available
Bidder is responsible for Shipping and Handling fee, which will be added to the winning bid amount. Items will be shipped via USPS and billed at standard industry rates.
