When the Representative receives an email from the bidder (which will reference a unquiet number that was put on the certificate), they will be asked to send that representative 5 or 6 game dates that interest them and they will agree on a game. Clear Channel gives away lots of suite nights, so it is a first come, first serve basis for the game dates.
