You may also redeem by bringing the original certificate to the Crew Box Office M-F 9am - 5pm or by mailing the original with your top three game choices, name, email and address to: Crew Box Office, One Black & Gold Blvd., Columbus, OH 43211. Certificates must be redeemed at least 48 hours prior to the game you wish to attend and can not be redeemed on the day of game. Tickets and events are subject to availability and some games will not be available. Not valid for upgrades or exchanges.

ITEMS MUST BE PICKED UP OR SHIPPED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF THE CONCLUSION OF THE AUCTION. ITEMS NOT PICKED UP WITHIN 30 DAYS WILL BE SHIPPED WITH SHIPPING COST CHARGED TO THE CREDIT CARD ON FILE.
