Berliant & Associates is an organization established in 1991 primarily to provide consultation services in the area of pension, profit sharing and 401(k) plans. We have seen our firm grow by offering services in the design, installation and administration of these employee benefit plans.

We have expanded our horizons to include the administration of Section 412(i) and Section 125 (Cafeteria) Plans and Qualified Transportation Expenses under Section 132 of the Internal Revenue Code.
