Fitness Assessment

A fitness assessment is the cornerstone of an efficient and effective workout program whether you are new to the gym or a seasoned competitor.  In a comprehensive fitness assessment, we measure your current fitness level, understand your individual fitness goals, and prescribe an effective path to achieve your goals.

Our comprehensive 90 minute assessment includes: 

*  Detailed body composition analysis, including       body fat and muscle mass.

*  Cardiovascular fitness assessment via gas           exchange (VO2) or blood lactate

From your fitness assessment, our trained physiologists will identify your strengths and limiters, discuss the results with you, and help you implement the prescribed guidelines to achieve your personal goals.

3D Bike Fit

Preventing overuse injuries and finding comfort and balance on your bike are essential to a lifetime of safe cycling enjoyment. But the inherently unnatural act of pedaling (compared to walking or running) as smoothly and efficiently as possible requires a hugely complex coordination of multiple joints and muscles. When you consider that the action of pushing the pedals is repeated many thousand revolutions on each ride, it becomes obvious that even simple and apparently miniscule improvements in form or technique can result in major performance gains and also minimize the risk of injury.

A good bike fit will improve muscle recruitment coordination, bike-handling skills, and comfort and minimize the risk of injury.
