My jewelry making story begins long ago. I never set out to become a jewelry artist. Life has a funny way of taking you places you never expect! I was on my way to becoming an Occupational Therapist when I was sidetracked by my love of making jewelry. I was waiting tables while finishing the last of my graduate requirements and selling jewelry at a local flea market to support my bead addiction. An extremely rude customer prompted me to impulsively quit my waitress job and off I went to the boutiques to sell my jewelry. My jewelry was so well received I quickly changed paths and went to school for metalsmithing. I have never looked back. I feel extremely blessed to be able to make a living doing what I love.
