You are now the owner of a Basic Keelboat sailing package with OCSC Sailing Club! The Basic Keelboat certification package is a comprehensive preparation for a lifetime of sailing. It is designed both for students who have no sailing experience and for those who have experience, but want to be sure they learn to sail right, from the ground up. You will be at the helm on the morning of your first class, and in command of the boat through all of the fundamental maneuvers by the next afternoon. In addition to the practical training, you will enjoy several short classroom sessions sprinkled throughout the course. Upon successful completion of this course, you will receive a US Sailing Basic Keelboat certification and be ready to move on to basic cruising and a lifetime of sailing! This is available over 2 weekends or 1 M-F class. Non-refundable, but fully transferrable. Expires March 31, 2013.
