Description

Add a little scientific pizazz to your next picnic or party with this Teacher Treasure. Middle school science teacher Julie Ron will whip up some liquid nitrogen ice cream for you and your guests. This sub-zero ice cream making technique is quite the spectacle and results in a light, fluffy texture that many prefer to regular ice cream. Julie will provide liquid nitrogen and ice cream ingredients for up to 30 people. You provide the bowls, spoons, and hungry guests. For smaller groups, Julie can use excess liquid nitrogen to freeze balloons, shatter flowers, and perform other LN2 tricks, as desired by the host. Please note that liquid nitrogen is extremely cold (approximately -190ºC!) and can be quite dangerous, so it's important that young children enjoy this spectacle with adequate adult supervision. To be fulfilled on a mutually agreeable date and time. Set up and ice cream creation takes about an hour.
