Started by Carol LeMaitre, a certified Pilates trainer and former professional dancer, Sanchez Street Studios is located in the Noe Valley neighborhood of San Francisco. We provide a relaxed environment that meets the fitness needs of everyone from the nervous beginner to seasoned trainers.

We offer all levels of Pilates mat and springboardclasses, as well as private, semi-private, rehab, and small group classes on the Pilates machines.

Our fabulous trainers combine their thorough knowledge of Pilates, yoga, dance and numerous other modalities to create a class or private session that is challenging and fun for all levels of fitness.
