Two (2) Family Fitness Sessions (for the whole family or just youth) which includes two home visits/personal training for the family using fun activities to motivate increased fitness. Each session is 75 minutes long. Session can have up to 6 people (8 years old and up).

Christine Sibert is not only a teacher at Farragut Elementary School, she is also a Yogafit instructor, and a certified National Academy of Sports Medicine personal/group trainer.
