Eco Art is a FAAST class for children in kindergarten through fifth grade. Share your love of art and the environment with skill building eco-friendly art projects. Turn everyday objects into masterpieces using natural or recycled materials. Learn about innovative artists and the importance of material in the meaning of art. Students will work in both 2D and 3D using a variety of materials. Assemblage, Collage, Painting, Drawing and Sculpture techniques will be learned. This class is taught by Alex Goode who received a BFA from The School of the Museum of Fine Arts and Tufts University, in partnership with the local arts non-profit group Give Canvas (givecanvas.org).

The Ballet FAAST Class Come stretch your imagination, as well as your toes, in this storybook dance class based on the dances from your favorite princess fairy tales! Each session will focus on different fairy tales that have been turned into a ballet, as well as some that are just children’s classics. We will feature Cinderella, Sleeping Beauty, The Nutcracker, Beauty and the Beast, Swan Lake, and many more. Your child will explore elements of creative movement, ballet, musical theater and jazz, in this delightful trip to enchanted kingdoms!
