Jacqueline Lake is an ACSM/ACE certified personal trainer.  She has experience with pre/post natal clients, post rehabilitation and 1st time to elite multi sport atheletes.  Jacqueline has completed 2 Iron-Man Triathalons and 4 marathons.  She is a coach for Tri-Life, one of the premier triathalon training organizations in New York.

This entitles you to two (2) sixty (60) minute personal training sessions with Jacqui.
