Valid Monday-Thurs anytime. Certificate is not valid with tournaments, outings or on holidays or during holiday periods. Certificate is valid for one use only; rounds will not be credited to a later date.  Expires July 31, 2012. 

Items must be picked up at Mayfield Junior School by May 11, 2012.  School hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m.   Special arrangements may be made by emailing: ktellez@mayfieldjs.org
