What Works Fitness will whip you into shape with three private training sessions. These dynamic one-hour sessions will get you started with body and posture assessments, a goal achievement plan and exercises tailored specifically to your needs and desires. The sessions can include pilates, yoga, fitness training, yoga therapy, TRX and / or Yamuna body rolling.
