In pursuing her dream of touring with the LPGA, she turned professional when her swing was selected to film a Northwestern Mutual Commercial with Imperial Woodpecker. She has been golfing since age 11 when she managed a hole-in-one in her first golf tournament, on the first hole! She played on the UCLA women's golf team, and was selected to represent UCLA for the All-Star team that traveled to China, Hong Kong, Japan, and Korea in 2008.
