The Oswego Grill is designed as "Upscale Elegance at a Casual Price," featuring a Custom Built Hardwood Grill, which allows them to cook all of their USDA Choice Domestic Steaks, Burgers, Fresh Seafood and even one of their Salads over Mesquite and Apple Wood.

Certificates may be mailed or picked up at the Alliance after the close of the auction. Physical items must be picked up at the Alliance (1425 SW 20th Avenue in Portland, Oregon) or will be mailed or shipped at the bidder's expense, payable at the time of the close of the auction (Dec. 11, 2011).
